LUFA (“the app”) is a fantasy lineup game for the Lowell Ultimate Frisbee Association. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account info: your email address and a display name you choose. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account’s email and basic profile.
- App activity: the fantasy lineups you create and submit each week.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To run the fantasy game — saving your lineups and showing weekly leaderboards to other league members.
- To send you account emails (such as email verification and password resets).
How it’s stored and shared
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Account emails are delivered through SendGrid. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers. Your display name and lineups are visible to other signed-in league members as part of normal gameplay (leaderboards reveal after each week’s lineup lock).
Data retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below and we’ll remove it.
Children
LUFA is intended for members of the Lowell Ultimate Frisbee Association and is not directed at children under 13.
